摘  要:以醋酸锌和硫粉为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,经微波加热法快速制备ZnS空心亚微米球。所得产物用X-射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和高分辨透射电子显微镜等进行表征。结果表明,产物为由3-4nm小粒子组成的空心亚微米球,单分散性较好。此外,还讨论了形成过程及其影响因素,并用紫外-可见光谱仪和荧光光谱仪研究了所得产物的光学性质。Hollow ZnS sub-microspheres were synthesized from ZnAc2·2H2O and S powder via microwave heating.The N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) was selected as solvent.The structure and morphology of the products were characterized by the X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the products obtained are monodispersed hollow sub-microspheres composed of small nanoparticles with the size of 3-4nm.In addition,the reaction process and the effect of the products were discussed.The optical properties of the products were also investigated using UV-vis spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer.
