阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜良性增生的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDUS)诊断子宫内膜良性增生的临床价值。方法回顾分析经手术和病理诊断的27例子宫内膜增生患者的图像及血流表现,并与手术和病理结果对照。结果超声诊断正确者21例,诊断符合率为77.78%(21/27)。误诊3例,漏诊3例,误漏率为22.22%;子宫内膜良性增生的典型超声表现为子宫内膜增厚呈梭形或枣核样增强回声团,内可见宫腔闭合线,基底边缘轮廓清楚。但须与子宫内膜息肉、粘膜下肌瘤及子宫内膜癌等鉴别。结论经阴道超声检查子宫内膜增生患者具有较好的实用价值,结合手术和病理检查,可为临床和患者提供准确诊断依据。Objective To analyses transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonographic（TVCDUS） diagnosis and identification of endometrial benign hyperplasia.Methods Twenty-seven patients underwent TVCDUS with the ultrasonographic characteristics and hemodynamics were retrospectively analyzed and compared with respective endometrial Pathologic results.Results 21 cases were diagnosed by TVCDUS.The diagnose accurate rate is 77.78%（21/27）.3 cases were misdiagnosed and another 3 cases were missed.The typical Ultrasound manifestation of endometrial benign hyperplasia were endometrial thicked,endometrial Inner line and border outline were visible and clearly.Conclusions TVCDUS was useful valuable to detect endometrial hyperplasia and can provide much information to clinical with the operation and pathology checks.
