锁骨骨折万向外固定器的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：目的研制一种新型锁骨骨折万向外固定器，探讨在临床中的应用情况。方法在骨折两端分别旋置两枚螺纹钉，安放固定臂，利用两侧固定臂进行骨折复位对合，然后利用万向关节将两臂连接固定。结果临床应用15例，效果满意，无并发症，术后即恢复肢体关节功能，8～12周骨折均愈合。结论该外固定器是较为理想的锁骨骨折外固定器，设计合理，结构简单，操作方便，固定可靠，临床应用效果满意。Objective To develop a new type of universal external fixator of clavicular fracture and to explore its clinical application. Methods Fracture ends were set rotarily in two screws, a fixed arm was placed with both sides of the fixed ann for fracture reduction and then with universal joints to connect the fixed arms. Results 15 patients were applied with satisfactory results and without complications by restoration of limb and joint function after operation and fracture healing 8 to 12 weeks later. Conclusion The external fixator is an ideal external fixation of clavicular fracture with reasonable design, simple structure, easy operation, reliable fixation and satisfactory clinical results.
