摘　　要：目的通过对血清中乙型肝炎病毒核酸(HBV-DNA)的实时荧光定量PCR(real-timePCR)(荧光探针法)检测结果与乙肝免疫标志物相关性分析,从而探讨二者在临床诊断中的应用。方法采用real-timePCR法检测HBV-DNA,ELISA法检测血清HBV免疫标志物。结果 121例乙型肝炎标本中,HBsAg+、HBeAg+、HBcAb+阳性组患者有39例,血清HBV-DNA阳性率67%,平均浓度1.42×107IU/ml;HBsAg+,HBeAb+,HBcAb+阳性组患者有64例,血清HBV-DNA阳性率45%,平均浓度4.29×105IU/ml;HBsAg+,HBcAb阳性组患者有6例,血清HBV-DNA定量值均为<500;HBsAg+,HBeAg+,HBeAb+,HBcAb+有2例,血清HBV-DNA阳性50%,平均浓度2.96×l04IU/ml。结论血清中HBV-DNA定量检测结果与乙肝免疫标志物结合能更好地为临床提供准确可靠的诊断数据。Objective To explore the application in clinical diagnosis with analying of results between HBV-DNA with real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method and HBV immune markers with ELISA in serum. Methods Real-time PCR detected HBV-DNA,ELISA assay of serum HBV immune markers. Results 121 patients with hepatitis B samples, HBsAg＋, HBeAg＋, I-IBcAb＋ positive patients, 39 patients, serum HBV-DNA positive rate was 67%, the average concentration of 1.42 × 10^7 IU/ml; HBsAg＋, HBeAb＋,HBcAb＋ positive patients had 64 cases serum HBV-DNA positive rate of 45%, the average concentration of 4.29 × 10^5 IU/ml; HBsAg＋, HBcAb-positive patients in 6 patients, serum HBV-DNA quantitative values are 〈500; HBsAg＋, HBeAg＋, HBeAb＋, HBcAb＋ 2 cases serum HBV-DNA positive 50%, the average concentration of 2.96 × 10^4 IU/ml. Conclusion Results of HBV-DNA with real-time PCR and HBV immune markers can provide accurate and reliable data for clinical diagnosis.
