摘　　要：项目研究架构以科学发展观为指导,综合运用多种分析方法,紧紧围绕产业转移的供求规模、基本规律、结构与效用,以及中部地区如何有效吸纳或承接沿海产业转移两大基本问题展开。试图探索以发挥中部地区的外生比较优势为基础,以培育中部地区的内生比较优势为重点,全面提升中部地区综合比较优势、实施外源性发展与内源性发展有机统一的承接沿海产业转移战略政策措施。With the guidance of the Development on Scientific Outlook,this project research framework uses many analysis methods synthetically and centers on the two basic issues about the scale of supply and demand,basic rules,structure and effectiveness of the industrial transfer,and how the central regions effectively absorbs or undertakes the coastal industrial transfer.It aims at exploring the strategic policies and measures of the central regions＇ undertaking of the coastal industrial transfer by making use of the central regions＇ exogenous comparing advantage,fostering the emphasis on central regions＇ endogenetic comparing advantage,entirely upgrading the central regions＇ integrative comparing advantages roundly and unifying the exogenous and endogenous development.
