基于科学发展观视角的低碳经济解读

摘　　要：低碳经济已经成为当今世界最关注的问题之一,然而一些学者只关注自然(物质层面)低碳经济。需要提出"全面低碳经济"概念,探讨人的低碳经济活动系统的要素构件在横向和纵向上与其环境之间的作用机制,全面培育低碳经济与落实科学发展观的关系和全面低碳经济的主导多维整合思维方式,以实现我国全面低碳经济既快又好地可持续发展。Low-carbon economy has become one of focuses that attracts the world＇s attention.Some scholars,however,concerns only the natural（physical level） low carbon economy.This paper proposes ＂a comprehensive low-carbon economy＂ concept,and explores the human elements of low-carbon economic activities of the system components in the horizontal and vertical mechanisms,develops the relationship between comprehensive low-carbon economy and the scientific outlook on development,and trains multi-dimensional integration of leading low-carbon economy way of thinking,so as to achieve a fast and sustainable development of low carbon economy in China.
