立式水压机生产粮仓波纹板的工艺研究

摘　　要：通过试生产，研究了立式水压机锻压铝合金粮仓波纹板的可能性，建立了各工艺参数与组织和力学性能之间的关系，拟定在立式水压机上生产３Ａ２１合金波纹板的最佳工艺制度，为今后大批量生产铝合金粮仓波纹板提供了实践依据。Through trial production,the posibility of forging and pressing aluminium alloy granary corrugated plate with vertical hydraulic press was studied.The ragular among the process paramters,structures and machanical properties was discussed.The optimum process system to produce 3A21 alloy corrugated plate with the press is set up.It gives a practice basis for large-scale manufacturing the plate.
