摘　　要：在培养基平板上,接种同一种菌,再置入含不同药物浓度的滤纸片,进行最低抑制浓度实验。结果表明,用滤纸片法测定药物的最低抑制浓度,比传统方法效果更好,且更利于操作和定性研究。The authors inoculate the same kind of germ on a flat panel and place filter paper slices saturated by different concentrations of drug.Then on the flat panel the experiment of minimum inhibitory concentration is carried out.Its result shows that compared with traditional method,the filter paper method is better for operation and qualitative research.
