摘　　要：《乐府指迷》是南宋末季沈义父撰写的一本词学理论著作。本书对于我们寻绎宋人词论中一些基本看法,认识南宋末季词坛风气趋向,把握南宋末季格律词人的创作倾向,探寻南宋格律词人的审美心态都有很高的理论指导作用。而究其创作背景,则可从当时社会现实及词坛风气总结出三点原因,即社会现实与词人心灵的变异;南宋趋雅词风的再次演变;对当时俚俗之作的不满与反拨。＂Yu Fu Zhi Mi＂ is a theoretical work of the Ci poetry by Shen Yifu at the end of South Song Dynasty. The book helps us gain a theoretical insight into some basic views on the Ci poetry and the trend of atmosphere as well as the creation tendency at this period. The paper discusses the background for the creation of this book from three aspects including the metamorphosis of social realities and Ci poets＇souls, re - transformation of elegant Ci style at this period and the dissatisfaction with the then vulgar work.
