摘　　要：以高新技术为支撑的新经济带来了经济增长方式的巨大变化,高新技术逐渐成为一国经济发展最重要的因素。政府作为其有效的推动力量,如何针对高新技术企业自身的特点,制定相应政策以推动高新技术企业的发展已成为当前重要课题。从生命周期、主要成长模式两方面探讨了高新技术企业发展的普遍规律,并系统阐述了政府推动对高新技术企业发展的相关研究,以期为同行相关研究提供借鉴,并为政府制定促进高新技术企业发展的决策提供参考。The new economy supported by the high technology has brought great changes to the pattern of economic growth.The development of the high technology has gradually become the most important factor in the economic development of a country.So it becomes an important project for the government as an effective driving force to formulate corresponding policies on the basis of their own features to promote high-tech enterprise development.This paper summarizes the universal law of the high-tech enterprise development from two perspectives：life cycle and main growth mode,and it systematically expounds the related research of the development of high-tech enterprises promoted by the governnment.This paper aims at providing a reference for peer research and supplying reference for governmental decision-making in the promotion of high-tech development.
