摘　　要：在文化体制改革中,南京市新闻出版行政管理机构建设应充分吸收借鉴兄弟城市经验,强化机构、激活职能、创新体制,凝聚大智慧、开启大思路、实现大突破。In the reform of cultural restructuring,we should learn from our fraternal cities so that we can reinforce the administration of Press and Publication,strengthen our organization, activate functions,innovate its structure,unite collective wisdom,stimulate great mentality and achieve a major breakthrough.
