摘　　要：宝钢1580mm热连轧机引进的PC轧机能有效地控制板形．通过对数学模型、工艺参数的优化，改善了板形控制功能，使1580mm轧机热轧带钢的浪高基本控制在15mm以下．The imported PC mill of 1580mm hot rolling mill can control shape of strip effectively. By means of optimized mathematical model and process parameters, the shape control system has been improved. As a result, the height of shape wave of strip less than 15mm can be realized.
