北京大学医院口服降糖药的应用分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析北京大学医院口服降糖药的使用情况,为临床合理用药和科学管理提供依据。方法用限定日剂量、用药频度和日治疗费用等客观指标来分析药物利用的动态。结果 2009年北京大学医院使用的各类口服降糖药中用药金额最大的是α-糖苷酶抑制剂,平均构成比为51.26%;阿卡波糖、罗格列酮和格列喹酮的消耗金额始终位于前列;除格列美脲和吡格列酮以外,全部降糖药的日治疗费用0.03～5.82元;最常使用的降糖药为阿卡波糖、二甲双胍和罗格列酮;多数降糖药的消耗金额与用药人次数基本同步。结论北京大学医院降糖药的使用基本合理,做到了科学、有效、安全、经济用药。Objective To probe into the application of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital and to provide evidences for clinical rational use and scientific management of oral antidiabetic drugs.Method Utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs was analyzed by DDD,DDDs and DDC.Results α-glycosidase-inhibitors occupied the first place on the consumption sum list in 2009,and average constituent ratio was 51.26%.Acarbose,rosiglitazone and gliquidone kapt ranking the first three on the consumption sum list.Besides glimepiride and pioglitazone,DDC of oral antidiabetic drugs were between 0.03 yuan and 5.82 yuan.Acarbose,dimethylbiguanide and rosiglitazone were the most frequently used oral antidiabetic drugs.It was reasonable in most cases that the cost of oral antidiabetic drug was consistent with the frequency of administration.Conclusion The utilization of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital is reasonable on the whole.
