摘  要:针对精量播种的要求,设计了舵轮勺式组合穴播器。穴播器通过舵轮与勺轮的组合,缩短了种子向下的输送距离,提高了投种精度。入土成穴器采用动定两瓣结构,非打开状态常闭。入土成穴器达到一定深度在凸轮作用力下打开,将预先从导种轮中投下的种子播入土壤。To meet the need of precision seeding, the integrated dibbler with disk-scoop-type metering device and steering wheel was designed. Disk-scoop-type seeding device and steering wheel were integrated together, so as to shorten the distance from the seeds to the seeder and improve the precision of seeding. The hole-punch, consisted of a fixed vane and a movable vane, was normally closed. When the maximum depth was reached, the seed which came from the seed-conveyance-wheel was sown into the soil.
