制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力影响因素分析

摘　　要：论述制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力的内涵,提炼并总结出制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力的特性。在此基础上,从绿色技术创新概念产生阈限、绿色技术获取自由度及绿色技术创新效度三方面论述了核心过程因素对制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力的关键影响,从绿色技术创新的资源供给品质及丰富度、系统工具专用性及绿色技术创新管理成熟度三方面分析了支持系统因素不可或缺的作用。为制浆造纸企业实施和管理绿色技术创新提供理论依据和路径参考。The connotation of pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation ability is explained,the characteristics is refined and summarized in this paper,on this basis,elaborates the key influence of the core process factors on pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation ability from three aspects,which include the threshold of created the concept of green technological innovation、 freedom of green technology acquisition and validity of green technological innovation,analyzes the indispensable role of the support system factors from the quality and richness of resource supply、system tools specificity and management maturity for green technological innovation.Provide the theoretical basis and reference path of green technological innovation implementation and management for pulp and paper enterprise.
