摘  要:在常规钻井中,螺旋扶正器随钻柱高速旋转,钻井液通过螺旋扶正器时,螺旋扶正器产生的强烈旋流必然会对钻井液携带岩屑举升能力产生不同程度的影响。以多相流理论为基础,建立三维流体动力学模型,并采用有限体积法对该模型进行计算,定量评价了螺旋扶正器的携带岩屑举升能力。计算结果表明,入口岩屑的上返初始浓度对携带岩屑举升能力影响较大,随着初始岩屑浓度的增加,出口岩屑最快上返速度相应加快;颗粒直径越大,螺旋扶正器产生的强烈旋流携带效果越明显。In conventional drilling, spiral centralizer can rotate at a high speed along with drill string. When drilling fluid passes, the strong swirl from the centralizer affects inevitably carrying-cuttings lifting of drilling fluid. Based on the multi-phase flow theory, a 3D hydrodynamic model is established in this study, and then calculated by the finite volume method. The lifting capability of centralizer is quantitatively evaluated. The result indicates that the initial concentration of cuttings at the entrance has a greater effect on the lifting. With the initial concentration increases, the upward velocity of cuttings accelerates. To the strong swirl from the centralizer, the larger the grain diameter, the greater the carrying effect.
