细胞黏附分子1在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的表达研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive slee papnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者和OSAHS患者合并气道变态反应性疾病(allergic airway disease,AAD)患者血浆细胞黏附分子1(ICAM-1)水平以及组织中ICAM-1的表达情况。方法:对本院2006年1月～2010年1月收治的门诊患者90例,分别为健康者30例,单纯OSAHS30例和OSAHS合并AAD患者30例,检测其血清肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)和细胞黏附分子1(ICAM-1)的浓度,以及ICAM-1在上皮细胞中的表达情况。结果:OSAHS+AAD组血清TNF-α、CRP、ICAM-1水平明显高于单纯OSAHS组(P<0.01),单纯OSAHS组TNF-α、CRP、ICAM-1水平显著高于正常对照组。结论:OSAHS患者血浆炎症因子失衡,血清可溶性细胞黏附分子1水平升高参与OSAHS患者的心脑血管疾病的发病过程,且血清可溶性细胞黏附分子1水平与OSAHS严重程度存在相关性。Objective：To investigate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS） patients and OSAHS patients with allergic airway disease（allergic airway disease,AAD） in patients with plasma cell adhesion molecule 1（ICAM-1） levels and tissue expression of ICAM-1.Methods：From January 2006 to January 2010,90 cases were treated in out-patients,30 patients were healthy,simple merge OSAHS 30 patients OSAHS patients and 30 patients with AAD to detect their tumor necrosis factor α（tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α）,high sensitive C-reactive protein（CRP） and cell adhesion molecule 1（ICAM-1） concentrations.And ICAM-1 in the expression of epithelial cells.Results：OSAHS＋AAD serum TNF-α,CRP,ICAM-1 levels were significantly higher than that OSAHS group（P0.01）,simple OSAHS group TNF-α,CRP,ICAM-1 levels were significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion：OSAHS patients with inflammatory imbalance,serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1,increased participation in OSAHS patients the incidence of cardiovascular disease process,and the serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 is associated with the severity of OSAHS.
