摘　　要：生产力是政治、文化等上层建筑的基础。在人类社会发展的不同阶段,不同的自然发展条件决定了不同的政治文明。农耕文明造就了封建政治,封闭的小农经济和落后的生产力是滋养专制王权的土壤;工业文明造就了民主政治,社会化生产和自由平等的市场经济是民主制度产生的基础;信息文明造就了和谐政治,信息的及时、快速传播和沟通则是和谐政治生活得以产生的条件。人类社会必须顺应生产力的发展,创造与自然关系发展相适应的政治文明。Productivity forces is the base of the superstructure,eg politic and culture.In different stages of the human society development,the different nature development situation have different political culture.Farming civilization created a feudal politic,closed small scale peasant economy created and backward productive forces are the base of the autocratic monarchy;industrial civilization created democracy,large-scale production,freedom and equality is the base of the production of the market economy democracy;information civilization creats the democracy,the fast broadcasting,communication is the base of the production of the harmonious political life.Human society has to comply with the development of the production forces,creats the political culture suited the development of the nature relation.
