摘　　要：高校教师聘任制的实施是我国高校人事制度改革的重要举措,是与社会主义市场经济体制相适应而确立的新的高校教师任用制度。但经过十几年的实践,我国高校教师聘任制的现状并不尽如人意,究其原因,立法上的缺陷突显。为使高校教师聘任制发挥出应有的最大效能,应该从多个方面对立法进行完善。The implementation of appointment system to universities＇teachers is an important initiative in the university personnel system reform.It is adapt to China＇s socialist market economy system.But after 10 years of practice,the Status quo of appointment system to universities＇teachers our faculty is not satisfactory.Of all the reasons,deficiencies in legislation are highlighted.To play the biggest effect of appointment system to universities＇ teachers,we should improve the legislation in some ways.
