生鲜乳中L-羟脯氨酸测定方法的研究

摘　　要：建立UV法测定生鲜乳中L-羟脯氨酸的量，浓度0μg／mL～2．0μg／mL范围呈良好的线性关系，R=0．9998。回收率范围为87．3％-107．9％，批内变异系数≤5．9％，批间变异系数≤5．6％。该方法回收率高，检出限低，工作曲线稳定，重复性好。UV Method was established for determining the content of L - hydroxyproline in raw milk,a good linear relationship in the range of 0μg/mL -2.0μg/mL,R =0. 9998. The recovery rate range was from 87.3% to 107.9%. The intraassay coefficient of variation and the interassay coefficient of variation were below 5.9% and 5.6% respectively. This method was high in re- covery, low in detection limit, stable working curve and good repeating.
