小儿清热利肺口服液中连翘苷和牛蒡子苷的含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定小儿清热利肺口服液中连翘苷和牛蒡子苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用DiamonsilTMC18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.02%(体积分数)磷酸溶液(体积比23∶77)为流动相,流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为228 nm,柱温为30℃。结果连翘苷在0.13～160.20μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.43%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。牛蒡子苷在0.13～322.40μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.66%,RSD=1.54%(n=6)。结论该法专属性强、重现性好,可作为小儿清热利肺口服液中连翘苷和牛蒡子苷的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of forsythin and arctiin in Xiaoer Qingre Lifei oral solution.Methods The analysis was performed on DiamonsilTM C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonirile-0.02% phosphoric acid solution（23∶77） under a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 228 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve of forsythin was linear in the range of 0.13-160.20 μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery of forsythin was 99.43% with RSD=1.02%（n=6）.The calibration curve of arctiin was linear in the range of 0.13-322.40 μg（r=0.999 7）.The average recovery of arctiin was 99.66% with RSD=1.54%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is exclusive and reproducible.It can be applied to determine forsythin and arctiin in Xiaoer Qingre Lifei oral solution.
