摘  要:利用20个微卫星标记对8个水貂群体和类型的488个个体进行DNA多态性测定和统计分析,计算遗传杂合度、多态信息含量、奈氏遗传距离,采用NJ法构建聚类分析图。8个群体的平均杂合度为0.4458~0.4915,多态信息含量0.4846~0.8775,平均0.6926。计算所得的Nei遗传距离、Nei标准遗传距离和NJ聚类图显示,银蓝色水貂与珍珠色水貂聚为一类,丹麦红眼白貂与丹麦标准貂聚为一类。这一研究结果表明我国饲养的水貂遗传多样性较丰富,亚群体遗传分化程度较低。The DNA diversity of 8 mink breeds ( n = 488) was determined using 20 microsatellite markers and analyzed statistically. Allete frequency, heterozygosity value (H), polymorphism information content (PIC), Nei's distance were calculated. Dendrogram was constructed using the Neighbor-Joining methods. The polymorphism information content and mean heterozygosity value are between 0.484 6-0. 877 5 and 0.445 8-0.491 5 respectively. According to Ds and Da genetic distance, we made the NJ cluster respectively. Compared between the 2 dendrograms, Silverblue mink and Pearl mink were of the same group, Regal White mink and Danish mink were of the same group. The results indicated that the genetic diversity was rich among mink and the genetic differentiation in its sub-populations was relatively low.
