摘 要:采用免疫印迹和免疫组织化学技术分析水通道蛋白(Aquaporins,AQPs)在小鼠嗅上皮细胞中的表达情况。结果表明:AQP1在血管内皮细胞表达,AQP3在下层支持细胞和基底细胞表达,AQP4在上层支持细胞和基底细胞表达;AQP5在嗅毛和鲍曼氏腺的分泌细胞和导管细胞表达。结果显示了水通道蛋白在小鼠嗅上皮细胞中的表达位置,其中在支持细胞和基底细胞表达的AQP3和AQP4可能为嗅神经功能的维持提供了重要的微环境,在嗅毛和鲍曼氏腺的分泌细胞和导管细胞表达的AQP5可能在气味的感受方面起作用。Aquaporins(AQPs) serve in the transfer of water and small solutes across the membrane. Their expression were surveyed in mice olfactory epithelium by immunohistochenmical and immunoblotting analyses. The results showed: AQP1 was expressed in the endothelial cells of blood vessels in the olfactory epithelium, and may be involved in water transfer across the blood vessel wall. AQP3 was abundant in the olfactory epithelium, where it was localized in the down-supporting cells and basal cells. In contrast, AQP4 was limited in the up-supporting cells and basal cells. AQP3 and AQP4 may play an important role in generating and maintaining specific microenvironment around olfactory sensory cells. AQP5 was localized in olfactory cilia cell and the apical membrane in the secretory acinar cells and duct cells of the Bow- man's gland, and may serve in the seretion to generate the microenvironment at the apical surface of the olfactory dendrites for odorant reception.
