摘 要:介绍了封孔在铝材氧化着色过程中的必要性及封孔机理,讨论了镍-氟体系常温封孔剂各组分对封孔的作用及常温封孔工艺中诸因素对封孔效果的影响.所研制的封孔剂GYS-3由于含有合适的综合抑制剂、平衡复合剂及pH缓冲剂等助剂,提高了封孔质量,延长了封孔槽液的老化时间,是一种性能优良的常温封孔剂.最佳常温封孔工艺条件为Ni2+含量0.8~1.0g/L,F-含量0.6~0.8g/L,pH值6.0~6.5,封孔温度20~30℃,当膜厚为12μm时。The necessity of hole sealing in the oxidizing and coloring process for Al profiles are stated. The effect of components in the Ni\|F system normal temperature sealing agent on the hole sealing and the influence of factors in the normal temperature hole sealing process on the effect of hole sealing are discussed. Since our sealing agent GYS\|3 contains suitable aids like comprehensive depressors, balancing composite agents, pH buffers, etc., the quality of hole\|sealing can be improved and the aging time of the sealing solution can be prolonged. It is a good normal temperature sealing agent. The best technical conditions at normal temperature are as follows: when the film thickness is 12m,Ni\+\{2+\} content is 0\^8 ̄1\^0g/L, F\+- content 0\^6 ̄0\^8g/L, pH value 6\^0 ̄6\^5, the sealing temperature 20 ̄30 and the sealing time is 10 ̄12min.
