摘　　要：正义与效力是法律的两大基本价值。无论从逻辑上说,还是从历史事实上看,道德是法律的前提,也是衡量法律善恶的标准。为了确保自身不被颠覆,法律必须赢得大多数人的支持。尊重绝大多数民众的是非善恶共识,是法律赢得生命力的基本法则。Justice and efficiency are the two basic values of law.Either logically or historically,moral is the prerequisite and standard of law.In order to maintain its stability,law must win the support from the majority.Respecting the common view about rights and wrongs,and goodness and evilness of the majority is the basic rule of law for winning vitality.
