摘　　要：根据产业类历史建筑自身的原真性信息,分析了产业类历史建筑适应性再利用的影响因子,提出了具有现实技术针对性的设计方法,从而为我国保护和改造产业类历史建筑提供了新思路。According to the original information for industrial historical buildings, the paper analyzes the influential factors for the adaptive reuse of the industrial historical buildings, and points out the respective design methods with factual technique, so as to provide the new ideas for protecting and reconstructing the industrial historical buildings.
