摘　　要：结合工作实践,针对底部框架—抗震墙砌体房屋结构特点,分析了该类房屋震害的原因,根据建筑抗震规范相关规定,提出了关于过渡层墙体的抗震构造措施,并进行了具体阐述,以期提高底部框架结构抵御地震的能力。Integrating with working experience, in light of bottom frame-earthquake resistance masonry building structure features, this article analyzes the earthquake damage causes. According to corresponding norms for building earthquake resistance, it puts forward anti-earthquake structure measures for transition layer wall and carries on specific illustration, in order to improve bottom frame structure earthquake resistance ability.
