摘　　要：以某贮煤仓滑模施工为例,介绍了滑模施工的操作要点及施工工艺,并总结出一些施工技术措施,实践证明:采用滑模施工,节约了模板和劳动力,筒仓的垂直度满足设计要求,技术经济效果良好。Taking the sliding mode construction of some coal storage bunker as the example, the paper introduces the operation points and construction craft for the sliding mode, sums up some constructive measures, and proves that the adoption of the sliding mode technique can save the models and labor, the verticality of the bunker can meet the design demand and its economic effect is better.
