摘　　要：简述了我国建筑工程造价的发展过程,从人工、机械、材料、工期等方面具体阐述了合理控制工程成本的方法,以期指导施工企业以尽量少的人、机、料消耗创造较大的价值和效益。The paper has brief introduction of costs development process in architectural projects in China, illustrates the factual controlling methods from the manual, the mechanical, the materials and construction periods, so as to direct the construction, so as to create larger value and efficiency with less personnel and material consumption.
