云南省普通高等学校生均教育经费支出的测算与分析

摘　　要：随着高校学生规模逐渐扩大,生均教育经费支出逐年增加,但生均教育经费支出增长的速度跟不上学生扩招的速度,加上当前教育经费支出结构不够合理,一些非教学相关性支出增长速度又远远高于生均教育经费支出增长的速度,实际生均教育经费支出增长得更慢。我们认为目前云南省经费投入不足,监管力度不够,生均经费不足。As the number of college students increases gradually,educational appropriations per student also increases year by year.However,the growth in educational appropriations per student growth cannot keep pace with the rate of expansion.The current education expenditure structure for students is unreasonable,and some expenditure growth unrelated to teaching is far higher than educational appropriations per student growth rate,and growth of actual educational appropriations per student is slower.We think our investment is inadequate,supervision is not adequate,and the students＇ average budget expenditure also is not adequate.
