摘　　要：目的:通过2006年～2007年我院血液透析患者63例心理问题分析,探讨干预治疗方法,以达到提高患者生活、生存质量。方法:本文采用填写调查问卷的方法,以我院血液透析患者63例为资料,分析患者存在的各种各样的心理问题,其中最多见紧张、恐惧;焦虑;抑郁。并对血液透析患者进行干预治疗,1年后再次填写调查问卷,对比其变化。结果:100%的血液透析患者存在这样或那样的心理问题,通过干预治疗能有效地缓解>90%的心理问题,达到提高患者生活、生存质量的目的。结论:血液透析患者的心理问题越来越引起我们透析科医生的关注,进行积极的干预治疗可以提高患者生活、生存质量,减轻个人、家庭、社会负担,也是我们透析科医生的新的工作目标之一。Purpose： pass 2006-2007 blood dialysis in my hospital the sufferer be 63 mental state problem analysis, study intervention treatment method with attain exaltation sufferer life, existence quality. Conclusion：Blood dialysis sufferer of mental state the problem more and more cause our dialysis section doctor of concern, carry on aggressive of intervention treatment can exaltation sufferer life, existence quality, ease personal, family, society burden, is also us dialysis section doctor of new of work one of the targets.
