摘　　要：产后忧郁症是一种良性产后精神障碍。其发病率呈上升趋势,国内产后抑郁症的发生率达10～30%。目前国内外尚无特异的实验室指标和统一的诊断标准,多依据各种症状的自评量表,以相应的评分结果做出判定。产后忧郁症严重危害产妇及婴儿的身心健康。健康教育是减低产后抑郁症发病率的重要手段,具体内容包括:孕期教育,入院教育,产时教育,产后指导,出院指导,产褥期家庭访视等。健康教育在预防产后抑郁症的临床研究目前尚缺乏统一的评价标准,临床上和实验中用于预防产后抑郁症的方法多样,本文仅就健康教育在预防产后抑郁症的临床研究综述如下。Postnatal period hypochondria is a kind of positive postnatal period spirit obstacle. Its outbreak rate present up-trend and the local postnatal period suppress the incidence rate of Yu disease to reach to 10-30%. Currently domestic and international still have no especially difference of laboratory index sign with unify of diagnosis standard, many according to various symptom of from evaluation form, with correspond of grade point result do to judge. Postnatal period hypochondria severity endanger the mind and body of pregnant woman and infant health. Health education is to turn down postnatal period to suppress a Yu disease outbreak rate of importance means, concrete the contents include： Yun period education, hospitalize education, produce education, postnatal period instruction, hospital discharge instruction, childbed period the family visit to see etc.. Health education is preventing postnatal period from suppress Yu disease of clinical research currently still lack unify of evalua- tion standard, clinical top and experiment convenient in prevent postnatal period from suppress the method of Yu disease diverse, this text only health education is preventing postnatal period from suppress Yu disease of clinical research overview as follows.
