摘　　要：在强化技术经济指标管理工作中，济钢建立了科学、合理、先进的技术经济指标计划体系，完善了分析与考核制度，并大力开展技术创新活动，优化工艺系统，加强基础管理，从而提高了技术经济指标水平，１９９７年降低成本７５００万元。Jinan iron and steel group has established scientific reasonable advanced plan system of technique and economics indexes,has perfected analyzing and checking system,has developed actively technique creation activities,has optimized the process system and has strengthened the basic management in the menagement work of strenthening technique and economics indexes,thus the technique and economics indexes have been increased,and the production cost has been decreased by 75 million yuan (RMB) in 1997.
