摘　　要：气烧外燃式石灰炉属气烧竖炉。煤气、空气在外燃式石灰炉的环形燃烧室内混合均匀，燃烧充分，火焰温度均匀，便于控制。采用合理的操作工艺，可煅烧出活性度高的冶金石灰，满足炼钢生产的要求。炉子利用系数可达１．２～１．６。Gas external combustion type lime kiln belongs in a shaft kiln of gas combustion type.Through homogeneous mixing between gas and air in cyclical combustion chamber of gas external combustion type lime kiln,it can be enough combustion,has homogeneous flame temperature.Taking on the reasonable operation process this kiln can calcine out high activety lime used in metallurgical industry for meets the requirements of steelmaking production .The utilization coefficient of this kiln is up to 1216.
