SY型高刚度轧机在济钢半连轧生产线的应用

摘　　要：济钢一小型厂将２５０ｍｍ半连轧生产线的旧式开口机架改为ＳＹ型高刚度轧机，解决了旧式轧机刚度低、故障多、精度差等缺陷，同时对ＳＹ型高刚度轧机使用中存在的薄弱环节进行改进，从而提高了产品质量精度，负偏差轧制收得率提高１．３％，减少轧机烧轴承故障８６ｈ／ａ，减少换辊及调整时间１１６ｈ／ａ。Old opening type frame of 250mm halfcontinuous mill production line of No.1 small section rolling steel plant of Jinan iron and steel group is reformed to SY type high rigidity mill,thus some defects consistod of low rigidity,low accuracy,high accident ratio,etc,which are existed in old mill,can be to get solving.Throug technical refoming to weak technical section existed in SY type high rigidity mill in operation,the accuracy of product quality is increased,the yield of minus tolerance rolling is increased by a factor of 13%,the bearing accident is decreased by 86h/a,the time of changing roller and regulating is decreased by 116h/a.
