摘 要:采用不同的添加料及加入量对粘土质耐火材料的蠕变性进行试验,发现加入相转化温度较低的添加料对提高粘土制品的抗蠕变性更加有效,随A、红柱石加入量的增加,粘土制品的抗蠕变性提高;杂质含量越高,制品的抗蠕变性越差;烧结良好、显气孔率低、耐压强度高的试样的抗蠕变性较好。To do experiment for creep property of clay refractory according to different adding material and adding material quantity ,we find out that the adding material of lower phase transition temperature can be effectively to increasing the creep resistance of clay refractory,the resistance to creep property of clay refractory product can be rised with the increasing of A and andalusite quantity,the resistance to creep property of clay refractory product is decreased with the rising of unpurity content,the resistance to creep property of refractory product which has excellent sintering process,low apparent porosity ratio,high resisting pressure strengthness,is better.
