摘　　要：在宣钢８ｍ２球团竖炉上采用含有机粘结剂的改性钠基膨润土替代普通钙基膨润土进行了工业试验。结果表明：改性钠基膨润土具有比普通钙基土更优良的性能，能明显提高生球的落下强度。在保证球团矿质量的前提下，其配用量可由原来的５．０％以上降至２．０％以下，由此大大提高了球团矿品位，其经济效益十分可观。The commercial experiment of using organic binder contained typ- modified bentonite to replace common calcium bentonite were conducted in 8m2 shaft furnace,Xuan Hua I&S Company.The result shows,that the organic binder contained typ-modified bentonite has superior property than common calcium bentonite, and can obviously increas the drop stenth of green ball. The proportioning rate could decrease from 5.0% to 2.0%, and the quality of pellet will remain constant and so the iron content of pellets were inceased obviously.
