摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜联合S形尿道扩张器在男性尿道狭窄治疗中的临床价值。方法采用输尿管硬镜直视下置入斑马导丝,用套入法通过S形尿道扩张器进行尿道扩张并留置相应尿管治疗男性尿道狭窄27例,术后留置尿管1～4周,定期门诊随访并行尿道扩张,观察患者排尿情况。结果全部病例拔除尿管后排尿症状明显改善,术后尿道扩张期间排尿通畅,无并发症出现。结论输尿管镜联合S形尿道扩张器在男性尿道狭窄尿道扩张中具有一定优势,选择合适的病例采用此法治疗尿道狭窄是安全有效的。Objective To explore the clinical value of S-shaped coaxial dilator for the treatment of male urethral strictures.Methods 27 male patients with urethral strictures were done with S-shaped coaxial dilator inserted over guidewires in rigid ureteroscopy.All catheters were located across the strictures and remained for 1-4 weeks.In order to evaluate the clinical effect of urine flow,they got regular dilation in out-patient department with follow up.Results After catheter removed,all clinical goals were achieved.Urine flows were improved.No complications were identified.Conclusion Ureteroscopy urethral dilator combined S-shaped urethral stricture in the male urethra expansion has certain advantages,select the appropriate treatment of cases with urethral stricture using this method is safe and effective.
