整体护理在手术室护理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨整体护理在手术室护理中的应用价值和护理经验。方法：从2008年1月～2009年9月104例患者在我院手术室实施手术治疗，随机分为对照组和观察组，后者给予整体护理，前者给予传统手术护理。结果：观察组整体护理后焦虑缓解率（92．3％）、满意度（96．2％）均高于对照组（71．2％、73．1％），对照组心率、血压变化均大于观察组，两组差异均有明显统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：手术室整体护理使患者在接受手术时具备最佳的身心状态，从而为手术的顺利进行创造了良好的条件。Objective： To investigate the application effects and nursing experiences of hol - nursing onpatients in operating room. Method： 104cases who received operation in our hospital from January in 2008 to September in 2009were divided into observation group and control group at random. The observation group were nursed by hol - nursing, the others were nursed by tradition- nursing. Result： The anxious remission rate of observation group （92.3%）,degree of satisfaction （96.2%）was higher than the control group, The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of the control group was higher than observation group, and there was significant difference between two group （ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： The hol - nursing on patientsin operating room can make the patients to be optimal state physically and mentally, and create the favourable condition for the operation.
