经阴道彩超检测子宫内膜血流鉴别宫内外早早孕的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩超(TV-CD)检测子宫内膜血流鉴别宫内外早早孕的临床价值。方法对104例处于早早孕阶段的子宫内膜进行TV-CD检测,检测结果与最终妊娠结果进行对照分析。结果阴道彩超能提高子宫内膜血流的显示率,宫内旱早孕组子宫内膜血流阻力指数(RI)<0.50;宫外早早孕组子宫内膜血流RI>0.50。结论 TV-CD检测子宫内膜血流,并结合宫内或宫外的声像特点,可为宫内外早早孕的鉴别提供有价值的信息。Objective To explore the clinical value of TV-CD in testing the blood flow of uterine endometrium for differential diagnosis of very early intrauterine pregnancy and very early ectopic pregnancy. Methods The blood flow of uterine endometrium in104 cases with very early pregnancy were tested and compared with the last pregnant result. Results TV-CD can improve the display rate of uterine endometrium, blood signal.In the group of very early intrauterine pregnancy, the RI of the blood flow for uterine spiral artery was often 0.50; In the group of very early ectopic pregnancy, the RI of the blood flow for uterine helicine artery was often 0.50. Conclusions Compared intrauterine to appendix untrasounic imaging, TV-CD has important clinical value for the differential diagnosis of very early intrauterine pregnancy and very early ectopic pregnancg by testing the blood flow of uterine endometrium.
