城市公交优先发展影响因素分析

摘　　要：城市公交是城市基础设施建设的重要组成部分,是体现一个城市综合发展能力和现代化水平的重要标志,公交的优先发展对于城市建设和社会经济发展具有十分重要的作用。从城市公交发展的阶段性规律、公交优先发展的管理制度、改革制度、运营发展等方面阐述,得出这些因素不同程度地制约着城市公交优先的有效拓展和有序运行的结论。最后,提出相应的措施来解决制约公交优先发展中存在的问题。Urban public transport is an important urban infrastructure component is the ability to embody a comprehensive development and modernization of an important sign,the priority development of public transportation for city construction and economic development plays an important role.The priority development of urban public transport are affected by many factors.This paper mainly from road traffic external conditions,institutional reform,monitor security,legal system,traffic management and other aspects of analysis drawn：these factors to varying degrees,the city restrict the effective expansion of bus priority and orderly fashion.Finally,the article puts forward measures to address the factors constraining the development of public transport priority.
