摘  要:选用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马尾松松针挥发油,以挥发油的得率为指标,通过L9(34)正交实验法,考察松针投量、松针长度、加水量、提取时间对挥发油得率的影响。结果表明,松针投量对挥发油提取有显著影响(P<0.05),松针长度、加水量、提取时间无显著影响(P>0.05)。最佳提取工艺条件为:松针投量为200 g,松针长度为1.5 cm,加水量为650 mL(料液比为1∶3.25),提取4 h,挥发油得率为0.27%。Volatile oil was extracted from pine needle of pinusmassoniana by steam distillation.Based on the index of yield of volatile oil,the optimum extracting technology was investigated by using the orthogonal test,and the influence of quantity of pine needles,length of pine needles,volum of water and extraction time on yield of volatile oil were investigated.The results showed that the quantity of pine needles has significant influence on the extraction of volatile oil(P0.05),and the length of pine needles,the volum of water,the extraction time has no statistic difference(P0.05).The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the quantity of pine needle 200 g,the length 1.5 cm,the volum of water 650 mL(the ratio of solvent to material of 1 ∶3.25),extraction time 4 h,the extraction rate of volatile oil is 0.27%.
