摘  要:采用共沉淀-浸渍法制备了固体超强酸SO24-/ZrO2/β,以氯乙酸和异戊醇为原料,SO24-/ZrO2/β为催化剂,合成氯乙酸异戊酯。考察了带水剂的选择、带水剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、催化剂重复使用性等反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,在醇酸摩尔比为1.5∶1,氯乙酸用量为0.15 mol,催化剂用量为0.6 g,带水剂用量为10 mL,反应时间为100 min的条件下,酯化率达99.53%,催化剂重复使用6次,催化剂仍具有较高活性,表明SO42-/ZrO2/β催化剂具有良好的催化活性,可广泛应用。The solid super acid SO2-4/ZrO2/β was prepared by a co-precipitation impregnation method.Isoamyl chloroacetate was synthesized from chloroacetic acid and isoamyl alcohol using SO2-4/ZrO2/β as the catalyst.Influence of the choice of water-taking agent,the amount of water-taking agent,the molar ratio of acid to isoamyl alcohol,the amount of catalyst and reusability of catalyst on the esterification rate had been studied.Under optimum conditions:n(alcohol)∶n(acid)=1.5 ∶1,the amount of chloroacetic acid 0.15 mol,dosage of catalyst 0.6 g,the dosage of cyclohexane 10 mL,reaction time 100 min,the yield of esterification could reach 99.53%.Activity of catalyst changes little after being reused for six times.The results showed the catalyst SO2-4/ZrO2/β possessed fine activity and could be used abroadly.
