烟台苹果质量安全管理及追溯查询系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：农产品质量追溯查询体系作为控制农产品质量安全的有效方法日益受到世界各国重视。本文以烟台苹果为研究对象,从信息技术的角度构建了一个以实现质量追溯、查询、监管为目的的农产品质量安全管理系统,设计了系统主要功能实现的流程,探讨了系统功能实现的关键技术,综合采用数据库技术、网络技术、产品编码技术和生产预警技术,以.net为平台,开发了安全生产管理及质量追溯系统;系统实现了生产企业端的产前管理、产中管理、产后管理、生产预警、统计分析、条码打印和消费者终端的质量追溯、质量反馈和政府监管等功能。该系统已经在我国苹果主产区——烟台市开展应用,运行结果表明:该系统建立了一套从苹果初级产品生产到消费的管理和追溯模式,为实现全程追溯打下了基础,同时提高了企业生产管理水平,增强了消费者的农产品安全意识和政府部门对农产品质量安全的监管力度。Agricultural product tracing systems are drawing universal attentions all over the world for their effective management of agricultural product quality safety.This article took Yantai Apple as a case to build a system to trace,query and monitor apple qualities from an information technology perspective.The procedure and key techniques were discussed.And this system took network as platform,coupled with database,product coding and early warning technologies.It could support for the quality management before,during and after the producing process,as well as code bar printing and related statistics for producers,and help terminal consumers in product quality tracing and feedback,as well as government in supervision.This system has been put into application in Yantai City,which provides instance and theory for further studies to realize quality managing,tracing and monitoring for producers,terminal consumers and governments,respectively.
