中国篮球裁判员体制问题分析与对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国篮球运动的快速发展,尤其是CBA职业联赛的赛制改革、场次增多、比赛激烈,业余体制裁判员队伍的局限性越来越明显,给CBA职业联赛的进一步发展带来了不少负面影响。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对我国篮球裁判员的现行体制进行分析,提出我国篮球裁判员现行体制与我国竞技篮球发展的冲突,业余裁判员体制存在的问题,对比NBA职业裁判员的体制,提出借鉴学习美国NBA职业制篮球裁判的发展对策,以期能为中国篮球事业的发展提供理论上的支持。Along with the rapid development of Chinese basketball,especially the reform of CBA,limitations of the amateur referee team are becoming more and more obvious,which exerts negative impact on the further development of CBA.Literature review,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics are employed in this paper to analyze the present mechanism for Chinese basketball referees.The conflict between the present mechanism for Chinese basketball referees and Chinese athletic basketball is made clear and problems in the amateur referee mechanism are pinpointed.In view of the NBA referee mechanism,this paper proposes to learn from NBA in the hope of providing theoretic support for the development of Chinese basketball cause.
