摘　　要：目的:建立莪术油葡萄糖注射液的色谱指纹图谱。方法:莪术油葡萄糖注射液经0.45μm的滤膜滤过后,20μL直接进样,乙腈-1‰磷酸水溶液流动相,梯度洗脱,1mL/m in流速,30℃柱温,210nm检测波长。结果:建立了莪术油葡萄糖注射液HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同批次的样品进行了相似度比较。结论:莪术油葡萄糖注射液中主要成分均得到了较好的分离,可作为莪术油葡萄糖注射液专属性的指纹图谱。Objective：To establish the finger printing of oleum curcumae wenchowensis glucose.Methods：After filtering oleum curcumae wenchowensis glucose by using 0.45μm filtration membrane,the sample 20μL was injected,acetonitrile-phosphoric acid water-solution was used as the mobile phase to gradient elution,the rate of flow was 1mL/min,column temperature was 30℃ and detection wavelength was 210nm.Results：The common mode of HPLC finger printing of oleum curcumae wenchowensis glucose was established,and different batches of samples were compared in similarity.Conclusion：The essential components in oleum curcumae wenchowensis glucose have been better separated,and can be the specific finger printing of oleum curcumae wenchowensis glucose.
