摘　　要：目的：探讨血液透析患者出血及内瘘渗血的原因及护理。方法：通过2009—02~2010—01在我透析中心透析的76例次出血、渗血患者进行原因分析,同步进行相对应的护理措施,对观察结果进行分析归类。结果：经过11个月的临床护理干预的实践,近3个月进行临床观察,出血渗血发生率明显下降。结论：对出血渗血查找原因,进行针对性的护理干预,可杜绝或减少出血渗血的再发生。Objective：To investigate hemodialysis with fistula bleeding and oozing and its nursing.Methods：An analysis was made of the cause of bleeding and oozing in 76 cases of hemodialysis in our dialysis center from Feb.2009 to Jan.2010 and,at the same time the corresponding nursing measures were taken and the results were observed.Results：After 11-month clinical practice and nursing intervention and near 3-month clinical observation,the incidence of bleeding and oozing was significantly decreased.Conclusion：The occurrence of bleeding and oozing in hemodialysis may be ceased and reduced by finding its cause and taking corresponding nursing interventions.
