摘 要:目的:探讨补骨脂对初老小鼠体内雌孕激素水平作用实验研究。方法:采用12月龄的初老化小鼠分成6组:初老组、倍美力组、补骨脂大剂量组、补骨脂中剂量组、补骨脂小剂量组和青年对照组。每天灌胃给药1次,七天休息一天,连续1个月。通过观察小鼠血清中E2、P、LH、FSH含量以及卵巢、子宫系数的变化,从而探讨补骨脂对初老小鼠体内雌孕激素水平的影响。结果:各组小鼠体重变化不大,倍美力组的子宫系数最高。初老组卵巢系数略高于补骨脂大剂量组和中剂量组。补骨脂中剂量组的E2含量较高,倍美力组和补骨脂小剂量组的E2值较初老组有显著意义的上升。补骨脂大剂量组小鼠血清的P含量最高。倍美力组、补骨脂中剂量组和小剂量组FSH含量均较青年组减少,并有显著差异;除初老组外,其他各组血清中LH含量均较青年组升高。初老组的FSH/LH值最大。结论:补骨脂可改善初老小鼠体内雌孕激素水平,中剂量组效果最好。Objective:To discuss the effects of Psoralen on levels of endogenous estrogen and Progesterone from Primary Senile Mice.Methods: 12 month-old Primary Senile Mice were randomly divided into five groups: Primary Senile,Premrin group,Psoralen high-dose group,Psoralen medial-dose group,Psoralen minor-dose group and the adult control group.The mice in different groups were treated for one month,seven days for one-day break.Effects of Psoralen on levels of endogenous estrogen and Progesterone from Primary Senile Mice was determined by the change of the amount of E2、P、LH、FSH,as well as changes of ovary and uterine coefficient gained from observation.Result: The uterine coefficient of mice in Premrin group was highest Ovarian coefficient,and the ficient of Primary Senile Mice was higher than Psoralen high-dose group and medial-dose group.Content of E2was found in Psoralen minor-dose group in maximum value,and E2 in Premrin group and Psoralen minor-dose was higher than Primary Senile group with Statistics significance.Content of P was found to be highest in the blood serum of high-dose group.Compared with adult group,FSH in Premrin group,Psoralen medial-dose group and minor-dose group enjoyed a lower figure.Except for Primary Senile group,all groups had a higher content of LH in blood serum than young adult group.Primary Senile group was found to have the highest FSH/LH.Conclusion: Psoralen was confirmed with the the effects on levels of endogenous estrogen and Progesterone from Primary Senile Mice,and the medial-dose group is most superior.
