摘　　要：为了分离、鉴定洋金花中的生物碱类化学成分,采用硅胶柱、ODS开放柱和制备液相等色谱方法分离,从提取物中分离得到6个生物碱类化合物,并通过IR、NMR和MS等技术确定了其化学结构分别为曼陀罗碱(meteloidine)、莨菪碱(hyoscyamine)、去水阿托品(apoatropine)、山莨菪碱(anisodamine)、东莨菪碱(hyoscine)和norharman。To investigate the chemical constituents from Datura metel L.The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods（silica gel,ODS and HPLC column chromatography） and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data（IR,NMR and MS）.Six alkaloids compounds were obtained and elucidated as following： meteloidine（1）,hyoscyamine（2）,apoatropine（3）,anisodamine（4）,hyoscine（5）,and norharman（6）.
