摘 要:应用静止电源实现感应电机叠频法等效温升实验需要考核静止电源质量和对电机损耗的影响。优化设计的滤波单元使电源输出电压的谐波电压因数小于0.015的国家标准要求。通过仿真实验分析,总结出实验过程中叠加电压和叠加频率变化对实验准确性的影响规律,给出了使用发电机组和静止变频电源进行叠频实验的实现方法和要点。并分析了叠频实验时机组电源和静止电源对电机铜耗、铁耗、机械损耗和杂散耗量的影响。通过对采用发电机组叠频和静止电源叠频温升实验结果与直接负载温升实验结果进行比较分析,铁心和绕组温升分别为66.5 K、62 K,61.3 K和66.7K、61.8K,57.6K,因此静止电源叠频实验法能满足电机温升实验的要求。The quality and the influences on motor losses must be checked while applied to do equivalent temperature rise test using superimposing frequency method.It is less than the requirement of the national standard that the HVF of output voltage is less than 0.015 by optimized filter unit.The influential regularity to the accuracy of the experiment made by changing superimposed voltage and superimposed frequency during the experiment with simulation tool.According to the simulation,the implement methods and key points by using generator units and static power to do superimposing frequency test are given,and it is analyzed the influence of generator units and static power on iron losses,copper losses,machine losses and stray losses when carrying out superimposing frequency tests.By comparing the temperature rise test results that obtained through generator units superimposing frequency method,static power superimposing frequency method with direct load method,the values of iron and windings are 66.5 K,62 K,61.3 K and 66.7 K,61.8 K,57.6 K respectively.Superimposing frequency test of static power can satisfy the requirement of motor temperature rise test.
